On behalf of the entire team of criminal defense lawyers and legal staff at Aaron Delgado & Associates, we’re proud to welcome family law attorney Maria Indelicato, Esq., to the firm!

As a Daytona Beach family law attorney, Maria is joining our newly created Family Law Division where she will be handling divorces, child custody matters, injunctions, paternity, child support disputes, and other types of marital and family law cases.

Experienced Trial Attorney

After graduating with honors from the University of Florida in 2009, completing her Juris Doctorate degree only two years later in 2011, and passing the Florida Bar Exam on her first try, Maria knew that the only place she wanted to be was where she was born and raised—the Daytona Beach area.

Maria spent her first year as a lawyer working at a local firm handling social security disability cases. From there she went on to the State Attorney’s Office, where she spent nearly seven years handling thousands of cases and trying over 40 cases before a jury. Maria's cases with the State ranged from misdemeanor DUIs to burglaries, carjackings, complex racketeering, trafficking, domestic violence, and sex crimes.

In recognition of her success as a trial lawyer, Maria was awarded the State’s Top Gun Trial Award in 2018. She is a current member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar; a member and Social Media Chair of the Junior League of Daytona Beach; and a former member of the Volusia Flagler Association for Women Lawyers.
