No matter the situation my client is in, I will work diligently with all the skills and experience I have to obtain the best outcome achievable.
I graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Teaching. From there, I attended Florida Coastal School of Law and graduated with my Juris Doctor degree in 2011. After passing the bar on my first try, I knew that the only place I wanted to be was where I was born and raised—the Daytona Beach area.
My first legal job was with a local firm handling social security disability work and, after about a year, I went on to the State side of criminal work. During nearly seven years working at the State, I handled thousands of cases—from filing to motions and bond hearings to trials—with over 40 cases put before a jury. Some of the cases I handled ranged from misdemeanor DUIs and domestic violence to burglaries, carjacking, complex racketeering, trafficking, and sex crimes. In recognition of my success as a trial attorney, I was awarded the Top Gun Trial Award.
During my free time, I like to be with my husband and son. We venture out to the beach, Disney, or even favorite local spots. Having been a co-chair for their human trafficking committee and now serving as their social media chair, I also like to volunteer my time with the Junior League of Daytona Beach.
