Prominent Florida DUI Defense Attorney Flem K. Whited Joins Aaron Delgado & Associates as Of Counsel

Daytona Beach, Florida - Aaron Delgado & Associates has announced that the Whited Law Firm, owned by noted DUI defense attorney Flem K. Whited III, has joined the firm as Of Counsel.

Mr. Whited is one of the nation's most well-known DUI defense attorneys, bringing over 33 years of legal experience to the firm. He is widely known for employing aggressive and technical defense strategies in drunk-driving cases. He is a West Key Author, being the editor/author of West's Four Volume Set Drinking/Driving Litigation (2d ed. 2006) along with the Drinking/Driving Litigation Trial Notebook and the Drinking Driving Law Letter a bi-monthly newsletter covering all appellate litigation dealing with DUI cases. He is also the author of Florida DUI Defense - Law Tactics and Procedure (Revere Legal Publishers).

Since 1986, Mr. Whited has trained thousands of attorneys in the effective defense of DUI cases. He is one of the country's most prolific instructors in the field having conducted over 150 legal education seminars in over 30 states and 4 foreign countries.

Mr. Whited was one of the founders of the National College for DUI Defense Inc. (NCDD). The NCDD is recognized by the American Bar Association as the only organization authorized to certify lawyers in the field of DUI/DWI defense. Mr. Whited was the fifth dean of the college is on the Certification Committee and a distinguished fellow of the College.
