The State alleged that our client was found in possession of heroin, cannabis, and two other controlled substances (prescription drugs without a prescription) during a traffic stop. Before the case was even set for trial, our attorneys were able to get the State to remove the cannabis charge to county court and abandon pursuit of the other charges.
