Facts of the Case:

The State alleged that our client was in possession of methamphetamine, alprazolam, and drug paraphernalia. The State also alleged that our client was carrying a firearm when prohibited from doing so by a domestic violence injunction. Our attorneys were able to work out a deal with the State where our client pled no contest to the gun charge and had adjudication withheld, and all the remaining charges were dismissed.

Adjudication withheld on the gun charge and all other charges were dismissed as part of plea deal.
