Facts of the Case:

The State alleged that our client was in possession of over 20 grams of cannabis, hashish, and drug paraphernalia. Although originally charged with intent to distribute as well, our attorneys were able to get the charge amended to the lesser offense of possession. Our attorneys negotiated a deal with the State wherein our client had adjudication withheld for the possession of cannabis charge and the other charges dismissed.

Adjudication withheld on cannabis possesison charge. All other charges dismissed.
