The State of Florida will now allow an agricultural hemp program to be developed. The hemp measure will require the agricultural department to create a regulatory framework to address hemp regulation issues, such as licensing people or businesses that want to grow hemp and requiring them to provide detailed information about where hemp would be cultivated.
