Facts of the Case:

The State alleged that our client committed domestic battery by strangling and punching the alleged victim in the face. When our client retained Aaron Delgado & Associates, charges had yet to be officially filed. Our attorneys were able to convince the State to file the charges as a misdemeanor battery rather than felony battery. In the end, we were then able to get the State to dismiss the charge entirely.

Case Result:

The initial charge was reduced, and then the reduced charge was dismissed.
