State v. R.M.
The State alleged that our client confronted a group of youths with a firearm, and after a short altercation discharged it towards the ground to threaten them. Our attorneys were able to get the State not to file charges on the three felony counts of aggravated assault, leading to the remaining charge being transferred to county court. Once transferred to county court, the remaining charge was then dismissed by the state.
Aggravated assault charges not filed. Discharging a firearm in public charge dismissed.
