Case Summary

Our client was charged with Domestic Violence and Improper Exhibition of Deadly Weapon (Firearm), which was originally charged as a felony. Our client had bite marks on his forearms. We argued that any physical contact was necessary to stop her from hurting him. After 45 minutes of deliberation, the jury returned with a Not Guilty verdict.
