Delgado Nominated for Judicial Nominating Commission

2019 Florida Bar Judicial Nominating Commission Nomination

Firm Partner Aaron Delgado has recently been nominated by the Florida Bar to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC).

If appointed by the Governor, Mr. Delgado will serve on the seventh circuit of the JNC, where he will be part of a nonpartisan nine-member commission of lawyers and nonlawyers who evaluate applicants for judicial office. After thoroughly assessing all applicants, the Commission will then submit three to six of the highest qualified applicants to the Governor.
